Please mandatorily include the order id, order date, images of the product received in the e-mail.
Returns / Refunds shall be entertained based on the following conditions:
• If we receive the e-mail for the same (with above mentioned details) within 3 days of order delivery.
• The product has a factory/manufacturing defect.
• The product is different from what you ordered.
• You agree to pay the shipping charges or you agree to ship the product at your own cost.
• Exchange is valid until stock lasts.
• Exchange will be granted once the product is received back and passes the quality check.
• If the product received back is in its original condition and its not damaged, torn or otherwise tampered with and with tags attached.

• After we receive the product, a quality check will be done. If it passes the quality check, we will issue you a gift card of the item amount (excluding shipping charges if any paid).
• Please note that for such cases refund will only be issued in the form of a gift card, which will be valid for six months only.
